Learn the basics of American Mahjong in a social setting and meet other new players! Instructors will use the Montahj™ Method, a style of teaching Mahjong in a fun and interactive way, to introduce new players to American Mahjong. Through guided game play, participants will learn terminology, rules, dealing, the Charleston, etiquette, social rules, how to read the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) card, and how to form winning hands. This clinic is designed for players who have never played.
$65 per person.
Your reservation includes a welcome beverage and snacks, all materials, and extra time after the lesson to play and practice.
